The proposed manual is a workshop on the translation of scientific and journalistic texts from the German language into Russian. The book consists of introduction, three sections and reference applications. The texts proposed for comparable analysis and translation are grouped according to the thematic principle without taking into account the increase in complexity, are not related to each other, which makes it possible to translate them in any sequence. Newspaper and coffee texts are relevant on topics and contain useful information about the political system of Germany, global warming, etc.
