War and Ocean. Thinking about the Navy: Kostyev, Kosthev

The authors who went through the service path on submarines from the lieutenant to the deputy commander of the division, and then the service in the General Staff of the Navy, are direct participants in the creation of the post-war navy of the country. In their thought about the importance of the fleet for the country, they cover the violent events of the second half of the twentieth century, global changes in the world in the late XX – early XXI centuries, their consequences, give these events their assessment.
