The monograph “Trade and Political Instrumentation in the International Trade of Services” of the Senior Lecturer of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” is devoted to the theory and practice of using trading policy tools to ensure the economic interests of business in the international stage of globalization, taking into account the dynamics of regional integration processes. Economic, administrative and institutional measures to regulate the trade in services are considered, the features of their application at the national, regional and multilateral levels are described. The trade policy of Russia in the field of trading in the WTO is analyzed.
