Rules for the turnover of civilian and service weapons and cartridges to it in the Russian Federation

These Rules in accordance with the Federal Law “On Weapons” regulate the circulation of civilian and service weapons, the main parts of firearms (hereinafter referred to as the weapons) and cartridges for it, including production, trade, sale, transfer, acquisition, collecting, exposure, accounting, storage, carrying, transportation, transportation, use, seizure, destruction, recover, recover, recover The territory of the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation.
These rules do not apply to the turnover of weapons that have cultural value, with the exception of cases expressly provided for by these rules.
