Having met a seemingly harmless scientist, the Komsomol worker almost turns out to be a victim of a counter -revolutionary, who, with the help of his invention – psychomachine, is going to destroy Soviet power. Pursuing the attacker, he finds himself on the moon, where he helps local residents to commit a revolution and restore violated justice.
Having defeated the enemies and providing assistance to the workers of the moon, our hero goes on a journey not only in space, but also in time. On the planets of the Earth, he observes the society of the future and takes an active part in his life. Meanwhile, on our land, agents of world imperialism, having taken possession of a psychomash, try to use it for their own purposes.
