The monograph is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of the psychology of interaction with minor offenders and victims of sexual violence during interrogation. The issues of a comprehensive assessment of the individuality of the minor with the definition of the psychological motivation of his behavior in legally significant situations are analyzed.
