In conditions of disintegration of society, when the system of schisms, cracks and conflict lines is multidimensional, a new tools are required for compiling a community map and diagnosing their condition.
This is a condition for developing a Russian society assembly program on an updated and strong matrix. Without this, it is impossible to overcome the crisis and the revival of the state.
But a wide discussion of this problem among politicians, social scholars, intelligentsia and all responsible citizens requires preliminarily state this problem in simple concepts with clear arguments.
