Margit Sandem (b. 1924) – a modern Norwegian writer working in a kind of genre variety of fantasy. Supernatural events are amazingly intertwined with real historical given. Margit Sandem gained particular popularity thanks to the cycle of the love -mystical novels “The People of the Ice” – the brightest epic about the existence of an ancient family of ice and their struggle with a family curse.
