It is about these people that the famous American journalist David Hoffman writes in his book. From 1995 to 2001, he held the post of head of the Moscow Bureau of the Washington Post newspaper and had the opportunity to follow the elevation and fall of his heroes, communicate with them, as well as with their associates, friends and enemies.
