Mikhail Isaevich Tanich – a poet, born 09/15/1923 in Taganrog. Member of the Great Patriotic War (artilleryman), gentleman of the Orders of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree, glory of the 3rd degree, the Red Star, the Order of Honor. People’s Artist of Russia. Laureate of many awards. After the war ended, Tanich returned to Rostov-on-Don, entered the Engineering Institute, did not finish-he went to prison. Then – 6 years of shipping, camps, forested (from 1947 to 1953). He began to be published in the 50s. Since 1968, a member of the Union of Soviet Writers worked as the author of song poems with almost all leading domestic composers and performers. He wrote a huge number of well -known songs. The main project of Mikhail Tanich since 1990 is the Lesopoval group (for this ensemble wrote more than 160 songs). The author of many poetic collections, 17 copyright giant records.
