This collection presents the materials of the Retrites according to Zhong Yuan Qigun, conducted by the Grand Master Qigun Sui Mintan in Chelyabinsk and Chisinau in the winter of 2005.
They considered issues related to the inner nature of various forms and living standards in the Universe, as well as the possibilities, privileges and prohibitions for these levels. Methods of practice are proposed to open various energy channels and perception channels associated with our feelings. The features and nature of various tissues of our body and its reaction to energy and information are considered.
Practical exercises on the above topics are given.
