Hypnosis in the sports of the highest achievements. Strategies for the use of hypnosis in sports and physical culture: Pavel Ponomarev

In the work on the psychophysiological characteristics of the athlete, the specifics of sports activities and the main hypnics that can be applied in sports are considered in altered states of consciousness. The central moment of the proposed techniques is the context of communication between the coach and the athlete in training and competitive activities.
Communication risks are described in communication between the coach and athlete, as well as the methods of their recognition and elimination.
The book reveals the concept of “self -hypnosis” as the main framework in which they are built: mental training; techniques that reduce pain; trance techniques that open access to the state of the optimal state of the performance.
