What is the book about
The book contains recipes for dishes from all over the world: Russian and European, American and Asian cuisine, from more than 50 countries. Paelia and Penna Alla Avizhotaman, Thahin with lamb and figs and youths with cottage cheese, Imereti khachapuri and Siberian dumplings and many others – only 365 dishes for every day of the year.
The author collects detailed information about each recipe, and then prepares a dish according to this recipe and makes photos and videos.
