Geopolitics of Russia: Ivan Dusinsky

Recently, a lot has been said about geopolitics, globalism and the struggle of civilizations, about how to behave in Russia in the outside world, how to build her geopolitical line. The book “Geopolitics of Russia” gives such a whole system of principles of Russian foreign policy.
Ivan Ivanovich Dusinsky wrote under the pseudonym Arctur. He graduated from the Imperial Novorossiysk University and during the years of writing a book (1908-1910) he served as an assistant librarian of this survivor of a higher educational institution. Initially, the book was published in the right newspaper “Russian Speech”, and then published a separate publication (Odessa, 1910).
Book I.I. Dusinsky is a talented and very worthy continuation of N.Ya. Danilevsky.
