The novel takes place in the period from 1963 to 1993. He could serve as a manual on the study of this time, if not for the unusual point of view with which certain events are considered. In essence, it is based on the idea that public policy is only the design of the sacred historical mission, which is supported by unknown guardians of secrets dedicated to the content of the project. The characteristic features of the novel include references to the facts of past centuries, an appeal to legends, historical riddles and hypotheses. In general, this is a serious but fascinating journey into reality, which is richer than free fiction.
