All the leaders, leaders and politicians presented here were among the people with whom the author somehow happened to come into contact in the work. Only the figure of Stalin is familiar mainly in portraits, but created right before our eyes.
The diplomatic service in Moscow and abroad, work in the apparatus of power – in the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Government of the Russian Federation – not only allowed, but also demanded from the author of participation in matters that are commonly called political.
If, from a distant distance, the politician seems to be a whole, well -thought -out system of action, then it is clear that it is sometimes composed of pieces that are not always sewn skilled masters, also endowed with different shares of effort.
Accordingly, this book is not a systematic, academic view of power, but only individual sketches that have developed as memories of various episodes, remembered primarily by their curiosity.
Invowing you, dear reader, go on cabs …
