The textbook discusses the concepts, factors, structure and typology of conflicts in social work; Stages of the development of the conflict; destructive and constructive paths of conflict development; Models for the management of conflict development in social work; The professional and ethical foundations and problems of social work, as well as the principles and objectives of conflictology at the present stage of development of social sciences and their specifics in the field of social work.
