Commentary on the rules of the road of the Russian Federation with the latest changes

The publication is a commentary on the new version of the official text of the Rules of the Road of the Russian Federation with the latest changes, including approved by the Government Decree of 03.22.2014 No. 221, currently from 04/08/2014
The publication is equipped with color illustrations that will help the future driver to understand the tricks of the new edition of the “Road Code”, prepare for exams in the traffic police, and find out the differences between the new rules from the previous ones.
Together with comments on the rules, “the main provisions for the admission of vehicles for the operation and obligations of officials to ensure road safety” were published with the latest changes operating from 04/08/2014 and “a list of malfunctions and conditions under which the operation of vehicles is prohibited” with the latest changes and additions, including entering into force 01.01.2015
