The postal commentary on the Labor Code of the Russian Federation was prepared by leading Russian scientists in the field of labor law on the basis of scientific analysis, the purpose of which is to reflect all the controversial issues of the practical application of the norms of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
The author’s team of the Department of Labor Law and the truth of social security of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafina (Moscow State University) has long -standing traditions in commenting on labor legislation norms. Earlier, seven publications of commentary on the Labor Code of the Russian Federation have been prepared, who have highly appreciated scientists and practitioners. The commentary on the Labor Code of the Russian Federation is a continuation of the activities of the Angora team in this direction and is already experiencing the ninth edition.
The commentary was redesigned and supplemented taking into account the amendments made by federal laws No. 204-FZ, 317-FZ, 421-FZ.
