“Colonel of the Northern Fleet”, which performed miracles: Nikolai Melnikov

This book is not only about a hero who, among prominent people, was unique to his affairs and exploits, human and professional qualities. Sergei Melnikov saved the deck aircraft of Russia with his ascetic life. The purity of thoughts and the hill of aspirations showed huge productive forces of the spirit in it, thanks to which he created miracles that did not fit into generally accepted norms and stereotypes. For expanding ideas about the capabilities of a person in extreme situations shown in flight tests of deck fighters in the north, on October 14, 1996 he was awarded the academic rank of honorary academician of the International Academy of Human in aerospace systems.
