Death is the most natural thing in this world, and at the same time the greatest secret, which humanity is trying to comprehend from the beginning of its existence.
Scientists, philosophers and theologians are busy with this, writers and artists do not lag behind them.
There is no person who would not think about death. Nevertheless, this phenomenon remains incomprehensible. Nature has many ways to send a person to another world – old age, illness, natural disasters.
People have always tried to fight the “murderous inclinations” of nature, but at the same time invented their own – war, crime, death, terrorism, genocide.
We thought of suicide.
All of the above was reflected on the pages of the book of the philosopher and writer Alexander Lavrin “Chronicle of Haron” – the first part of the large -scale project “Encyclopedia of Death”.
In short, this book (and the next two) is “everything you wanted to know about death, but were afraid to ask.”
