This book contains translations of numerous evidence of the elves (from various sources: poetic and prose), from several articles of leading Icelandic folklorists, large excerpts from Icelandic books and unique non-stubborn manuscripts of the 17th-19th centuries. It also gives parallels from other European sources and work of Professor J. P.P. Tolkina. All materials published in this book are unique.
The author took about twelve years to prepare materials for the preparation of a book. Through the stories of stories about the elves (alfasogubok), old sources can be traced, so to speak, to revive, reconstruct the history and life of true (Icelandic) elves (hidden people), who lived side by side with people.
