The Atlas is devoted to the generalization and analysis of the spread of the wrappers (Limicolae submissions, Rzhank -shaped CharadriFormes detachment in the season of their reproduction within the Russian Arctic, from where almost all the wire paths of waders flying, flying to winter on most continents. The Atlas was created on the basis of an electronic database in Access format, which included and analyzed the existing facts about nesting and abundance of waders in 2859 points for almost 150 years of research. 1360 published and unpublished sources of information were used, including an extensive array of information collected by the authors. For each of the 51 types of wrappers regularly nesting in the Russian Arctic, a detailed analysis of distribution has been performed, including a detailed essay and three range cards (facts of nesting finds, abundance and extrapolated nest area) made in the ArcView program.
