This book is about a unique Soviet enterprise engaged in the production of airships. The 1934th year was chosen by chance. In a short annals of the airship, he is filled with a number of remarkable events – successes and failures in the construction of the airships, important milestones of the history of the future city of Dolgoprudny. The author talks not only about the construction, production and tests of aircraft, but also describes the public, household life of the enterprise and the village based on articles from the local newspaper Soviet airship, which began to release in January 1934. Thus, this book is not just a narrative about the short but romantic era of airship, but also a unique slice of the everyday life of that time.
