Agroecological data of the land cadastre in the strategy of sustainable development of Russia: Vladimir Skalaban

The monograph was written by one of the leading specialists in the field of state land cadastre. Problems of accounting for the quality of land are set out in historical retrospective, with a detailed discussion of the creation and improvement of the Unified State System of Environmental Monitoring, the functioning of land legislation.
Much attention is paid to the methodology of system research of the Russian Land Fund. The author also formulated a number of interesting proposals for the formation of agroeconomic information at the federal, regional and municipal levels. The issues of the practical implementation of the information structure developed by the author, in particular in the assessment of agricultural productivity, are considered.
