Aerobics at school. Teaching manual for the teacher of physical clubura: Mikhailova, Mikhailov

This educational and methodological manual presents modern data on the development of individual areas of aerobics: recreational and sports. The issues of the content of the physical culture lesson with the predominant use of means and methods of aerobics are considered in detail. The classification of sports areas of aerobics is given with a description of the influence of each direction of aerobics on the student’s body, the rules of the competition and the evaluation system.
The manual is intended for teachers of physical education, students and teachers of universities and departments of physical education of educational organizations of higher professional education.
