The world of scene, backstage, extraordinary theatrical professions, mysterious acting and backstage intrigues will open on the pages of my story “Actor of the Second Category.”
The hero of this story, having stood a huge competition, enters the theater studio and after a few years becomes an actor.
And here they are – the long -awaited curtains, a scene, blinding spotlights, costume tinsel, ovation and glory, damn it! Carnival whirlwind, not routine vegetation. Favorite business – twenty -four hours a day! There is no different way in the theater. Pastoral, and nothing more.
But this temple of arts has its hard, not always written laws. And besides shepherds and sheep, there are wolves, not without success, rushing into light sheep skins. And if you do not want to howl with a flock in unison, at best you will simply be thrown away as unnecessary. And the shepherds will shrug their shoulders – it is to blame!
The hero makes a tough conclusion for himself – from now on he is on his own. His business is a scene. And only the scene. Fortunately, the work is not to take a breath.
