The fundamental principles and essence of accounting and economic analysis of hotel enterprises are analyzed. The content of the most important elements of accounting, their organization and methodology of use in hotel enterprises are shown. The theoretical foundations of economic analysis were set out, its methods and techniques are disclosed, practical aspects of analysis of indicators of financial and economic activities of hotel enterprises are considered.
