Above the gospel. Reflections, interpretations: Mikhail Bishop

The author of the book, Bishop of Tauride Mikhail (Gribanovsky) (1856-1898) is an outstanding figure in the Russian Orthodox Church, a spiritual shepherd and an enlightener. According to his contemporary, he “… was a truly unleasable worker in the field of God, in the full sense of the word with a bright lamp on the candlestick of the Church of Christ.”
