The manual is intended for 1st year students of chemical specialties who continue to study English at a university, as well as persons interested in acquiring reading skills in scientific and technical literature in English.
The purpose of the publication is to teach chemical students to read and understand literature in the specialty, to develop speech skills of active ownership of scientific and chemical vocabulary within the framework provided for by the English language program for non-linguistic specialties of universities.
