A medical card of a child: a vaccination calendar, decryption of tests, development tables: Alexey Fedorov

A book made on the basis of form No. 026/U-2000, approved by order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. As an application, the book used a vaccination calendar, a brief description of the main children’s infectious diseases, the norms of clinical tests for children from 5 to 17 years old, and the child’s development tables used in children and adolescence are described. The forms given in the book are used in medical rooms by children’s institutions (gardens) and schools in all of Russia without fail. The book has been expanded with some special additional forms and information that will help submit medical control data to the hospital, the clinic, as well as correctly analyze the development of the child.
