The concept of continuous education of a teacher of a new formation, developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard, suggests that a new type of teacher should work in a modern school – a professional, researcher, creator. This is possible only in conditions of systematic, continuous increase in professional skill, self -development, self -improvement. One of the most important characteristics of the new pedagogical professionalism of the modern teacher is recognized by its reflective competencies, the ability to summarize and disseminate his own experience.
