The book is a documentary in the form of an essay. It describes ten vacation days spent in the pier of a married couple from Kazakhstan. Their task was to search for people connected by related bonds with the Czech legionnaire of the First World War.
The Czech soldier was wounded and left under Penza as a hopeless. But the soldier did not die, the Russian girl saved him with his love. About how the searches were held and how they ended, this story tells.
There is a simple way to secure a stable future – “find out your kinship.” Relations recognition – action similar to saturation with water roots. The roots are our past. The branches of such a tree are always fruit. The book is a kind of description of the technology to restore its “roots”.
