Victor Boyko is one of the most famous experts in practical yoga in our country. He began to study it on his own in the 70s of the XX century. After classes in the group of Lakshman, Kumar at the Embassy of India received the right to teach. In 1993, he founded the Center “Classic Yoga”. Currently, he has many students in Russia and abroad, leads a classic yoga school in Moscow. He is the author of several books dedicated to the theoretical and applied aspects of yoga. The most famous of them is “yoga: the art of communication”, dedicated to the oldest system of self -development as an accessible person’s communication technology with his own soul and the world. This supplemented publication can also be used as a manual for yogatherapy.
