Yoga synthesis is the main, fundamental work of Sri Aurobindo dedicated to yoga. In it, Sri Aurobindo describes the three main directions of yoga: yoga actions (karma yoga), yoga of knowledge (Gnyana Yoga) and yoga of devotion (bhakti-yoga). He examines each of these ways in detail, and then shows how they fit into a single integral path. He also describes his single method of integral yoga, calling it a self -improvement yoga. In short, he also considers other directions of yoga: Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Tantra, etc.
This book begins with an introduction in which the author performs a synthesis of all yogic paths. In addition, it included a section on yoga of action. The second and third parts are prepared for the publication.
