Yiddish civilization disappeared from the ground where it was born, its true story was almost forgotten. But she left an indelible mark, and not only in Eastern Europe. Shortly before its end, the mass emigration of Jews in the United States at the end of the 19th and early 20th centuries transferred Jewish religious representations, values and traditions to the other side of the Atlantic, where representatives of the Yiddish civilization through cinema, music, literature and fine art, not to mention trade and industry, contributed to the fact that we call the American way of life, and thus, to ours. The era of globalization, in the lifestyle of the whole world.
