Wonderful verba. Collection for children

This book continues the wonderful series of children’s collections, begun with the book “Endless Fairy Tale”.
The collection “Wonderful Verba” was compiled based on the materials of the pre-revolutionary magazines “Svetlyak”, “Good company”, “Sincere word” and many others, edited by the remarkable children’s writer Alexander Fedorov-Davydov. The book also included the works of poets and writers of the X1x-XX centuries: Alexander Ishimov, Evgenia Elich, Manifa Chokoi, Maria Pozharova and others; Poems, stories and essays of different authors about animals. The heroes of prosaic and poetic fairy tales were birds, animals and even insects – riveted, mischievous and simple -hearted, in their sad or ridiculous experience proving the irreversibility of moral laws that affirm the divine power of good and truth.
The book is illustrated by the works of graphic artists, now the classics of children’s illustrations: V. Spassky, E. Lebedeva, A. Komarov, O. Litvinenko, N. Karazin, E. Bem, I. Polushkin, L. Endaurova and others. In the design …
