The eternal question of a woman, her place and role in the public life of Russia today acquires special importance. Turning to the topic of a woman’s participation in social development, or to the so -called female issue, it should be noted that many centuries have passed, a lot of efforts, stubborn and long struggle, before they reached their present position in society and the state.
