“We have the truth, and our duty is to keep it.” Orthodox calendar for 2015

Our calendar is dedicated to St. Theophan the Recluse – the mentor of the life of the Christian, the two hundredth anniversary of which the Orthodox Church celebrates in 2015. The calendar was based on the life of St. Theophanes, as well as the presentation of his book “The Way to Salvation”, revealing the science of gospel education, repentance and spiritual struggle. It is told here about the history of the Vyshensky Monastery, where the bishop passed the feat of the shutter, and about the temples erected in the name of this god -nostbless father. The calendar gives the facts of the help of God for the prayers of St. Theophanes.
