N.N. Golovin was the general of the tsarist army, who took part in the First World War. After the defeat of the white movement in the civil war, he found himself in exile, where he wrote most of the works cited in this publication. The outstanding contribution of Professor General N.N. Golovin to military science has long been recognized abroad, but, unfortunately, to the domestic reader until recently, his work was unfamiliar. N.N. Golovin considered the crown of his creative activity the “science of the war. On the sociological study of the war” (1938), which opens the collection of his works.
The publication is equipped with comments, a pointer of names and quoted literature.
