Training process in table tennis. Training manual: Valentin Komanov

The training manual “Training process in table tennis” combines the most important chapters of the two previous publications of the author – “Talks of table tennis” (together with Vartanyan, 2010) and “Table Tennis through the eyes of the coach” (2012), which are significantly redesigned and supplemented.
In the new book, the author offers Russian coaches a modern methodology for preparing a player in table tennis, using the latest achievements of sports science and practice, and also shows the way from a beginner to the champion as an organic and single process, in which all stages are logically and methodically interconnected.
The book is intended for coaches, athletes, students of physical education educational institutions, as well as everyone who is passionate for table tennis.
