Training in swimming and aquaerobics in the dispensing orientation groups of the DOW: Arzamamasva, Morozova, Mikleva

2011 announced in Russia the year of physical education and sports. In relation to the organization of the activities of the DOW, this means that each educational institution will prepare the cycles of events with pupils and their parents, which will be devoted to this topic.
Practical-oriented materials proposed in this publication (recommendations for swimming training, exercise complexes and aquaerobic classes) are a generalization of the innovative experience of modern kindergartens in Moscow and are designed to help employees of preschool educational institutions in establishing a system of physical education and recreational work of the DOU, in the active attracting of children 3-7 years old to classes to classes Swimming and aquaerobics.
The manual is addressed to the heads of DOW and swimming instructors, and can also be interesting and useful to parents of preschool children.
