Training course on synchronous translation (+CD): Mira, Ivanova, Daineko

The Training Course on Synchronous Translation is intended for students of higher educational institutions, as well as students of special courses with a fairly high level of ownership of a foreign language. The training course is intended both for learning under the guidance of a teacher, and can be used for independent study and training, for example, translators working consistently and want to acquire synchronous translation skills.
Based on the material of the specific language pair, the training course reveals the theoretical foundations of the general and synchronous translation, paying special attention to the psychological features of the translator-synchronist, and also offers a special complex of training exercises for the development of synchronous translation skills. The textbook presents authentic texts and audio recordings for synchronous translation.
