In this work, the philosopher comprehensively developed the issue of free will. The book contains the basics of epistemology, ontology and axiology and is an outline of the entire worldview of the author. Freedom of will, according to Levitsky, is the pristine property of the personality, so significant that it is associated with all aspects of the structure of personality and the world. However, the lightness that is directly felt by us in the word “freedom” is a deceptive lightness. Under it lurks the burden of freedom, which we need to voluntarily take on, so that theweight of freedom becomes good. Freedom is a great, but at the same time a fatal gift for humanity. We, sinful beings outside the kingdom of God, easily succumb to all kinds of temptations, as a result of which incorrectly perceived freedom turns into tragedy.
