The use of arc coordinates in solving the regional problems of electrodynamics: I. Porazhevskaya

The monograph is based on the works of the author published in the magazines “Izvestia of the Universities of Russia. Radio Electronics” in 2002-2009. The possibility of the use of coordinates is considered, which are displacements along the coordinate lines, orthogonal curvoline coordinates and arcs called the author. In the book, examples of a strict solution to the problems of diffraction and radiation are made by a single method of own functions (Fourier method). This made it possible to compare the physical side of the processes associated with the formation of the fields under consideration.
