Nikolai Pavlovich Antsiferov (1889-1958)-a brilliantly educated person, historian, local historian who devoted his whole life to the study of St. Petersburg. The author of the works “Petersburg in the poetry of Blok”, “The Life of the City”, “Soul of St. Petersburg”, “Pushkin in Tsarskoye Selo” and others was arrested for participating in the philosophical circle of “Sunday” on charges of “Resurrection of the Tsarist Regime”, left a 5-year link to Solovki and Belomorkanal.
