In modern artistic life, there were cardinal changes that transformed almost all processes flowing in this area by the beginning of the 21st century. Sociologists of art unexpectedly turned out to be in another art world. The traditional paradigm of artistic life has ceased to arrange scientists. The revision of the scientific equipment of the sociology of art, the prerequisites from which it proceeds, and the theoretical provisions on which it relies on.
