For the first time, consideration of the safety of life and activity was started with the national security system of the Russian Federation and the influence of the socio-political state of society on humans. The issues of assessing the safety of man and the environment are briefly presented.
Systematically set out data on emergency influences of a natural, technogenic and sociogenic nature, as well as measures to reduce damage from such influences. The classification of emergency situations and engineering measures to eliminate their consequences is presented.
The book is intended for university students and can be used by students and cadets of military universities of all specialties, as well as civil defense headquarters and the Ministry of Emergencies.
Monographs “Safety of Life and Activities” consisting of five books are assigned a “quality mark of the Association of Independent Expertise of the Higher School of St. Petersburg.”
