The third volume considers the activities of the military-diplomatic services of the Russian Federation (USSR), the USA and other states from 1945 to 2000. At the same time, the book analyzes a new direction – diplomacy of control over weapons and disarmament, as well as the legal basis for the functioning of military -diplomatic services, their tasks, forms and methods of work.
