The biography of the Optina new martyrs

Many years have passed since the day the news of the martyrdom of the three Optinsky inhabitants – Hieromonk Vasily (Roslyakov), the monk Trofim (Tatarnikova) and the monk Ferapont (Pushkareva), who took death at the Satanist on Easter in 1993, like a thunder heavenly erased the usual everyday life of life, shocked human souls and hearts.
During this time, the glory of the murdered monks spread not only throughout Russia, but also far beyond its borders. God glorifies the elect of His who gave their lives for the name of His Holy.
